Participants often misunderstand how annuities work, what longevity risk means, or how steady income can complement Social Security. A plan that prepares participants for retirement must also prepare them for what comes after.<\/p>\n<p>Because a 401(k) plan isn\u2019t just a place to save money. It\u2019s a bridge to independence.
