That\u2019s the lesson here. When you\u2019re struggling, focus on the substance. If you\u2019re a retirement plan provider, your \u201cmenu\u201d is your service. If participants are frustrated because payroll isn\u2019t processed on time or plan documents aren\u2019t updated, a shiny new logo isn\u2019t going to save you. Your clients don\u2019t care if you have a new website or a rebranded tagline; they care about whether you can deliver.<\/p>\n
Cracker Barrel forgot what made people like me drive out of my way for a plate of eggs. Plan providers can\u2019t afford to make the same mistake. Fix what\u2019s broken. Don\u2019t waste time on what isn\u2019t.<\/p>\n
