While I like to invest my own, I think these are investments that have no place in qualified retirement plans as an investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While I hear chatter that the Department of Labor (DOL) will issue guidance on the matter, I don\u2019t bet in life, but I will bet the DOL will say that fiduciary concerns would bar an unregulated asset to be invested in a qualified plan.
