With a quote by Mike Alfred at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brightscope.com\" target=\"_blank\">Brightscope.com<\/a>, the articles listed the plan charges high annual fees; the plan has major gaps in investment options; the Plan features only one family of funds; and the Plan is an insurance-based Plan.<\/p>\n<p>For me, it\u2019s hard to stop at four just like Lay\u2019s Potato chips claimed you couldn\u2019t eat just one chip.
